Items are to be returned in the same condition as purchased. They cannot have been washed, must be smoke free and pet free and returned in re-sellable condition. Custom items are non-refundable.

Purchaser will pay shipping fees to return. a $5 re-stocking fee will be applicable (unless it is for a size exchange). Refunds will be issued once items are returned. If items returned arrive in a condition that is not re-sellable, the items will be shipped back at the Purchasers expense and no refund will be given.

Due to the nature of these products, downloaded products including digital files and items are non-refundable. Please contact us about any problems with your order.

All files are for personal or small business use (to be sold as FINISHED PRODUCTS only). YOU may not resell them, distribute the designs or used within another Digital File. Watermarks all be removed upon purchase.
